With only the second event of the year taking place in September due to the Coronavirus, logistics on the day for golf were slightly more relaxed than the first event. Players could meet up an hour beforehand and even stay for a beer afterwards.

Lee-on-Solent were great hosts and the course was in great condition, the sun al always came out for the Stagglers with the temperature in the mid 20's (great for September). Everyone enjoyed the conditions and lack of any wind but no-one posted a low score with Chucky taking the trophy with 38 points on countback from MPL. Ed Moloney came close 1 point behind, the Captain having never won a order of merit event but has won the overall Order of Merit.

Special mention should go to Ken Biffen, a great round of 37 points, showing these youngsters how to do it. Recent member Phil Curl took the wooden spoon just pipping Bakes to it, can see a challenge between these two coming on!
