Please note, we are a large group and there will be club members playing behind us. Therefore, we MUST keep the pace of play moving well. So, please play your shots without delay, pick up if you can’t score and keep up with the game in front. Ta very much!
The 'Order of Merit' finale is shaping up well. Jon Steele currently has 158.6 points and can, potentially, score a maximum of 176.6 points - if he wins the last event and, therefore, loses his lowest score (32 points). Mathematically, there are plenty of other players that have a chance of overhauling Jon’s potential best-four total, particularly as he may well NOT win the final event!!!
If you take the best 3 scores currently for each player, the following players have either a good or outside chance of winning the 'Order of Merit':
1 John Sheehan 131
2 Colin Maby 129
3 Jay Adams 125.5
4 Jon Steele 126.6
5 Jem Edmunds 126.5
6 Dave Greetham 125.1
7 Dave Birch 125
8 Mark Mellett 121.5
8 Jason Laney 121.5
10 Geoff Laney 121
11 Ed Moloney 118.5
12 Paul Marks 115
13 Martyn Dodd 114.5
13 Andy Heyes 114.5
It’s all to play for and best of luck to you all.
We have 70 members and wives/girlfriends/etc for the evening function. Final arrangements for the evening are as follows:

Please advise by Friday 22/11. Ta very much!
